Timings and prices explained
Most things take a week or two from the day everything we need is in front of us. You get the price before anything starts, in writing, and it does not move afterwards unless you ask for something that was never in it. If a job is going to run longer than expected, you hear that from us early rather than late, and we would rather tell you a fortnight before than the morning of.

How long does the whole thing usually take?
Most things are ready within a few days, and we tell you the exact date before we start rather than after. If anything is going to run longer than that, you hear it from us first.
What does it cost, roughly, to get started?
It depends on what you need, so we always agree the price before any work begins. Nothing is added on later, and if the job turns out smaller than expected the price comes down with it.
Can I change my mind after it has started?
Of course. Let us know as early as you can and we will sort it out between us. Nothing is locked in until the work has actually started, and even then there is usually room to move.
Do you deliver, and how much does that cost?
Yes, everywhere we can reasonably reach. Delivery is worked out at the checkout so there are no surprises later, and anything fragile goes out with a good deal more packing around it.
How do I pay, and when do you need it by?
Whatever suits you best, and you can pay in parts if that is easier. Everything is confirmed by email the moment it goes through, and a proper receipt comes with it rather than a line buried in a message somewhere.
