How long does the whole thing usually take?

Most things are ready within a few days, and we tell you the exact date before we start rather than after. If anything is going to run longer than that, you hear it from us first.

What does it cost, roughly, to get started?

It depends on what you need, so we always agree the price before any work begins. Nothing is added on later, and if the job turns out smaller than expected the price comes down with it.

Can I change my mind after it has started?

Of course. Let us know as early as you can and we will sort it out between us. Nothing is locked in until the work has actually started, and even then there is usually room to move.

Do you deliver, and how much does that cost?

Yes, everywhere we can reasonably reach. Delivery is worked out at the checkout so there are no surprises later, and anything fragile goes out with a good deal more packing around it.

How do I pay, and when do you need it by?

Whatever suits you best, and you can pay in parts if that is easier. Everything is confirmed by email the moment it goes through, and a proper receipt comes with it rather than a line buried in a message somewhere.

Where to find us when you visit

The door is open Monday to Friday, and most Saturday mornings if somebody is in. Give us a shout before you set off and the kettle will be on by the time you arrive. There is parking round the back, and the side entrance is the easier one if you are carrying anything heavy.
