You get in touch
Tell us what you need and we come back to you the same day, usually within the hour.
The weekly rhythm
Monday we agree what happens that week. Thursday you see it, working, rather than hearing about it. Friday you get a short note saying where everything stands and what is coming next. Nothing goes quiet for a week, and nothing lands on you as a surprise on a Friday afternoon.
Counted honestly, kept up to date, and every one of them earned the slow way rather than bought.
The handover part
Everything is put in your name from the very start. Nothing is held back, nothing is locked to us, and there is no month where you find out that the part you need most is the part somebody else is still holding. If you walk away tomorrow, all of it walks with you.
How it usually goes
Four steps from the first message to the finished job, and the only one you really have to do is the first.
Tell us what you need and we come back to you the same day, usually within the hour.
We agree what happens, what it costs and when it is ready, and all of it goes in writing.
The work starts, and you can see exactly how it is going at any point you like.
Everything arrives ready to use, with nothing left over for you to sort out afterwards.
Most things take a week or two from the day everything we need is in front of us. You get the price before anything starts, in writing, and it does not move afterwards unless you ask for something that was never in it. If a job is going to run longer than expected, you hear that from us early rather than late, and we would rather tell you a fortnight before than the morning of.
The usual questions
The ones that come up most often. Anything else, send a message over and you will have an answer the same day.
Tell us what you need and we will take it from there. No pressure, no long forms, and no chasing afterwards.
